Description:

Support on-site operations at our client location by assisting client managers, staffing partners, and contingent workers in the day-to-day operations of our MSP/VMS program. Utilizing the Agile•1 Vendor Management Tool, this position will maintain an organized process for sourcing and engaging contingent workers, and provide payroll services, in addition to the upkeep of system integrity and accuracy of our specific program technology. Assist the On-site Management Team with administrative program duties, in an environment where you must be able to multi-task. Contribute to the professionalism of Agile•1 by consistently providing a high level of customer service to the client, suppliers, and contingent workers.

At least four (4) years of related experience within the staffing industry, i.e. recruiting, coordinator, supplier management, or other client relationship management
Well rounded business acumen
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
College degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, or related field of study
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Four (4) years of industry related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): This position requires proficient skills in English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as mark-up percentages, bill rates, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.

Responsibilities:
|
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
On-Going Program Maintenance -
Act as liaison between Client and staffing partners on requirement issues while maintaining the integrity of our Service Level Requirements
Monitor requisition approvals from business group leaders
Ensure job requisitions have adequate candidates and filled in a timely fashion
Screen candidate resumes as needed, for skills match and quality, and short list submissions for manager’s review
Coordinate candidate interviews with managers, as needed
Follow up on new contingent worker on-boarding requirements and coordinate with suppliers and client managers as needed
Ensure supplier markups are within their contractual guidelines
Manage weekly timecard approval process and troubleshoot any issues
Set up worker payroll details in Agile1 systems and train workers on time entry
Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of reports to the client or staffing partners
Act as point of contact for administrative systems tasks between Client, staffing partners, and Corporate IT Team
Collaborate with account reconciliation analyst and corporate billing to ensure the timely delivery of invoicing, by completing all tasks involved in the invoice process by the approved deadlines
Act as the point of contact between Agile•1 Corporate and staffing partners for any contractual, accounting or payment inquiries
Manage MSA program requirements, including achieving program SLAs/KPIs, and ensuring overall quality of service delivery
Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to program management
Promote opportunities for other parent group companies, when possible
Implementation –
Support the implementation team with data collection during the implementation process, and ongoing for client expansions
Coordinate and compile the collection of supplier data and information sheets for supplier set up in the system
Assist with set up new client users, embedded workers, job titles, and other system data elements as needed
Provide user training to Client and staffing partner users as needed
Ensure project documentation is updated and archived weekly and can be retrieved for audit, review, and legal purposes
Perform project administrative duties as needed
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
