Description: The Senior CSA supports multiple Agile-1 MSP / VMS clients by providing helpdesk assistance and assisting clients, suppliers, and contingent workers in the day-to-day operations. Will provide training and coaching to other CSA’s on team processes and standard operating procedures. Utilizing the Agile•1 Vendor Management Tool, this person will maintain an organized process of receiving and responding to a variety of support requests both short and long term. Provides back-up support to team management for administrative tasks, responding to requests for support, and leading of team meetings on occasion.
Requirements/Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from clients, suppliers, and general public.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School diploma with some college coursework or the equivalent combination of education and two years of experience

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing industry or onsite MSP experience. Successful demonstration and performance as Agile-1 CSA.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Ability to communicate effectively and professional through email and over the phone. Ability to provide training in a clear and concise manner, using materials and methods developed by Agile-1.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1-year experience with Vendor Management technology. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office products.
Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? During implementation of accounts, assist with data collection
? Facilitate system and process training for client managers and suppliers as needed
? Assists with training of new hires and provides mentorship
? Act as liaison between clients and vendors to facilitate requisitioning, invoicing, timekeeping, and resolution of billing inquiries.
? Assist with weekly timecard processing, exporting, and reconciliation
? Assist clients with requisition entry, management, and distribution
? Manage requisitions with approved suppliers
? Assist with various reporting needs; ensuring timely delivery
? Identify process improvements and work with onsite teams to implement.
? Identify qualified applicants, conducting interviews or screenings, administering tests, and evaluating applicants qualifications and other processes associated with staffing fulfillment.
? Utilize multiple computer systems in addition to VMS (not limited to client’s HRIS, accounting systems, etc.)
? Other duties and special projects as assigned
