Description: OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: The Sourcing Program Manager is responsible for leading the Talent Attraction efforts for our RPO program. Responsibilities include managing a team of sourcing and research personnel, the Inclusion & Diversity sourcing efforts, as well as being the Liaison between our Client and the AgileOne Internal Talent Acquisition team in support of our Client’s Inclusion and Diversity program initiatives. The sourcing manager will manage the development of the sourcing program and drive I&D initiatives, communications, talent attraction, as well as coordinate event participation and community partnerships. This position will work in collaboration with client leaders and I&D partners, AgileOne leaders, recruiters, Team Leads and Management, external I&D organizations, as well as local Business Leaders.
Requirements/Qualifications: Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, or program experience in a high paced service oriented corporate environment
• Hiring management and applicant tracking system experience
• 2+ years of experience in direct management of a team is required
• 2+ years of experience leading efforts in creation and execution of sourcing strategies
• Experience in Inclusion & Diversity talent attraction
• 5+ years of experience working with MS Office products, to include solid expertise in Power Point Presentations – creation and presentation; Excel – able to work with pivot table sand create charts / graphs; Outlook; Word
• 2+ years of experience analyzing data (such as recruitment data, predictive data, finding and researching outliers, etc.)
• Proven ability to create robust messaging for internal and external recruitment marketing efforts

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Document performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
• Management of the Sourcing Team and I&D Team
• Develop and ensure the execution of program structure, process, and initiatives
• Creation and implementation of sourcing strategies throughout the program
• Partners with Marketing to ensure the intranet, recruiting collateral, promotions etc. are robust to attract talent.
• Document performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
• Creation of presentations and reporting of successes within the account
• Act as the Liaison between the client’s I&D leaders and AgileOne’s Program Leaders to execute outlined program goals
• Provide strategic direction for Talent Acquisition’s Inclusion & Diversity responsibilities as it relates to the client’s overall vision
• Work with Leadership to align partnerships with ARG’s to help drive local I&D initiatives
• Consult and work with HR leaders, team leaders, and executive stakeholders on implementing the sourcing and I&D strategy across various functions
• Manage external partnerships and relationships as it relates to the sourcing and I&D initiatives
• Coordinate and/or provide training and development to Talent Acquisition team on Diversity & Inclusion
• Provide feedback, recognition and accountability strategy execution
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
