Job Description
Description: To generate highly profitable, ethical business for ACT*1 by: Identifying, qualifying, maintaining, servicing, professional applicants for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements through various tools and recruiting resources, networking events, solicitation of referrals from applicants, candidates, and employees. To evaluate and match qualified applicants to those specific job requirements in a manner that will ensure continued usage of ACT*1 by those client companies. To contribute to the professional standing of ACT*1 as a technical placement service by supplying clients and applicants with outstanding customer service. To continually meet and exceed the needs of our clients and applicants.
Requirements/Qualifications: 4 year college diploma (B.A./B.S.) or the equivalent combination of education and four years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Recruit and submit candidates for all open positions required by Coors. Functions may include Production, Light and Heavy Industrial, Craft, Clerical/Admin, and misc. other jobs.
2. Assist On-site team with daily responsibilities required to keep on-site program functional
3. Work with client to develop relationships, profiles, recruiting strategies, etc.
4. Develop and manage a performance program for measuring and evaluating temporary labor on assignment at Coors.
5. Manage all job postings for production positions. Maintain job files from origination through closure of jobs.
