Description: The AgileOne Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for Hiring Manager satisfaction within our RPO services delivery team. The Recruiter serves as the single point-of-contact for Hiring Managers and their staffing needs, and to continually meet and exceed the needs of our clients and applicants. Recruiters manage client relationships, define and execute sourcing strategies, and work with all levels of the client and AgileOne Operations Management team and staff to develop and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool.

This role includes client management, project management, identifying, qualifying, and maintaining professional applicants for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements through various tools and recruiting resources including: networking events, solicitation of referrals from applicants, candidates, and employees, and building relationships in the local community to establish our client as an Employer of Choice.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
• 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, and negotiation)
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management and consultative skills
• Strong communication skills: ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability and judgment to tactfully push back with needed
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to manage multiple priorities to deliver assignments on time
• Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as mark-up percentages, bill rates, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. You will be required to have the ability to apply basic math concepts.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology. Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities: • Be an industry expert by developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, deliverables, marketplace, and other customer needs
• Recruit and submit candidates for all open positions
• Proactively target and source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other creative sources
• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate’s qualifications
• Effectively plan and execute recruiting cycles to create strong candidate pipelines
• Deliver high quality customer service to candidates and hiring managers to fill positions within the defined SLA
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by demonstrating effective communication skills, and providing candidates with accurate and complete information
• Work with client to develop relationships, profiles, recruiting strategies, etc.
• Dispositions, both external and internal candidates
• Other duties as required
