Description: The Talent Acquisition Manager will support high volume or project related recruitment solutions. The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a functional point-of-contact for recruiters, managers, clients and team members involved in the solution provided. This manager will be responsible for the recruiting team, ensuring timely updates on requisition / program status, and develops and maintains robust metrics to track our success. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in rolling out metrics, new programs or projects, sourcing strategies, recruitment technology and other tools that measure and promote talent acquisition effectiveness. This role will collaborate closely with the entire team, including RPO sales and cross-functional groups to provide support toward our Talent Acquisition strategies as well as providing quality measures desired by all of our clients today.
Requirements/Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: This individual will have at least 4 years in Recruiting Process.

Field Of Study: Human Resources, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
A combination of education and experience is acceptable
Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

• JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 4 years experience in RPO experience as a Recruiter and/or staffing programs
• 2 years’ experience in managing on-site
• Excellent organization and project management skills- this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, influencing without authority, partnering and teamwork. Ability to drive alignment to global processes and systems is also critical.
• Must be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints
• Attention to detail, ability to see the big picture, ability to quickly grasp and understand problems and their impact upon the underlying business process
• Interest and passion in exploring new technologies

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in English and German. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must be fluent in English and German.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.

• Deploy relevant recruitment programs, solutions and associated metrics that align with the contractual requirements of the client.
• Support client driven high volume recruitment initiatives.
• Engage recruitment training and other related teams to enhance the effectiveness of our recruiting teams.
• Create and maintain our Talent Acquisition measures package to accurately track our success and identify opportunity trends
• Assess SLA’s and build supporting practices that ensure we meet and exceed expectations.
• Partner with other business areas to reconcile budget and billing needs.
• Maintain a recruiting budget.
• Takes on additional programs and projects related to Recruiting, as appropriate.
• Create account plans for each clients that document strategies, metrics, expectations to ensure success of the program.
• Apply structured project management concepts to ensure optimal results. Responsible for management of program budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Report on results and analyze impacts of new proposed features from program owners and implement these changes. Develop and deliver communications related to program policies, procedures and system updates.
• Assess staffing needs, customer feedback, current business processes, and industry trends.
• Institute programmatic solutions to support existing and new business initiatives.
• Drive communication of program processes, metrics and goals through partnership with business aligned and central Staffing teams, business partners, applicants, and vendors.
• Create, communicate, and execute on service level agreements, success metrics, and program documentation, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Be the first point of contact with clients and present QBRs presenting results and defining the sourcing and recruiting strategy.
• Keep ATS updated and provide all necessary reports about recruiting to clients and internal team.
• Help talent acquisition team members drive toward improved staffing operating model. Actively participate in staffing projects, as appropriate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/# OF STAFF: Recruiters and sourcers from ESSC in Poland.

Manages Sourcers to ensure quality of delivery, best practices, tools utilization and cost, and coaching on management of Sourcing Team.

Manages Recruiters to ensure best in class recruiting process, recruiter training, client relationships, and customer service goals and SLAs are met and exceeded.

When supervising, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
