Description: To provide operational management for a team of recruiters, sourcing professionals, and coordinators supporting Agile 1’s client. Duties and responsibilities include the ability to train, mentor, and coach recruiters, sourcing recruiters, and coordinators to creatively source and build relationships with candidates and clients that prove fruitful over time. The Operations Manager serves as a functional point-of-contact for recruiters while creating, overseeing, delivering, and ensuring the training and professional growth of all team members.

The Operations Manager will have responsibilities in the area of maintaining operational standards and procedures across the program. This includes data integrity and compliance, data analysis and predictive analytics, operational efficiencies, tools utilization, and updating the team with any new or revised processes.

The Operations Manager will also be responsible for providing RPO leadership with weekly, monthly, quarterly and as-needed metrics reporting.

This role will collaborate closely with the entire team, including RPO sales and cross-functional groups to provide support toward our Talent Acquisition strategies as well as providing quality measures desired by our client.

Requirements/Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience working with Internet recruiting systems to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics
• 5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems
• 1+ years of experience presenting data and/or metrics, using ATS reports, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Excel

• Strong interpersonal, telephonic and e-communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure
• Problem solving skills and sound judgment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with a sense of urgency

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field desired.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 5+ years of experience in RPO or corporate recruiting. Leadership role experience desired.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Must possess the ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions, professional correspondence, and memos and be fluent in English. Required to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Must be proficient in the following computer applications:
MS Windows ● MS Word ● MS Excel ● MS PowerPoint ● MS Outlook ● Internet Explorer ● Google ● Boolean search strings ● ATS applications (Brassring, Taleo, Vurv, HodesiQ, PeopleClick or other)




• This manager will be responsible for ensuring timely updates on requisition / program status, and develops and maintains robust metrics to track our success
• Work in a matrix environment within AgileOne, with the ability to pull in expertise to meet established goals and desired business objectives
• Responsible for recruitment training, to include specific individual training plans (may require development of training and plan) and other related teams to enhance the effectiveness of our recruiting teams
• Assess SLA’s and build and maintain supporting operational practices and training that ensure we meet and exceed expectations
• Partner with Finance and other business groups to reconcile billing needs
• Maintain a recruiting budget in partnership with program leadership
• In collaboration with program leadership, develop and deliver standard operating procedures related to program policies, procedures and system enhancements
• Institute programmatic solutions to support existing and new business initiatives
• Create, communicate, and execute on service level agreements, success metrics, and program documentation, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Regular metrics reporting to RPO leadership, to include Team Leads. This will consist of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as needed reports.
• Daily management, coaching and mentoring team of recruiters, sourcing recruiters, and recruiting coordinators
• Monthly monitoring of tools utilization with findings summarized monthly to the Director of the program, and cross collaboration to assess tools being used in the program
• Regular weekly and monthly audits of ATS database, required weekly recruiter updates, processes and procedures, and provide solution for any issues uncovered. Ongoing management of these solutions.
• Assist with creation of program plan, followed by monitoring of such plan
• Responsible for team training plan, to include creation and maintenance of training manual and individual training plans for each team member
• Responsible for initial training program of team members, to include requesting all tools needed (sourcing tools, conference lines, etc.) based on job function and 30 / 60 / 90 day plan for each individual
• 1:1 meetings with team members on a monthly basis to assess strengths / areas of development, creating an individual professional growth program with each team member
• Other special assignments and functional roles may be assigned; performs other duties as required.

• Work closely with RPO leadership to consistently raise the level of service to the client
• Assisting with improving process and making sure the team adheres to processes as defined
• Regular auditing of data integrity within the ATS, with a goal of 100% compliance
