Description: Responsible for supporting the RPO client operations and the full life cycle recruiting process.
Requirements/Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 High School Diploma (or equivalent)
 Experience with scheduling interviews and meeting invites
 Microsoft Office tools Outlook, Excel, and Word (a minimum of 1-2 yrs)
 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to show ability to construct a clear and concise email without grammatical errors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 Experience in recruiting or HR is strongly desired
 Microsoft Excel is a plus
 Experience with Applicant Tracking System(s) is desired

Responsibilities: 1. Maintain an organized methodology for completing tasks associated with the successful fulfillment of requisitions and overall management of the RPO program.
 Support onsite operations by processing applicants into and through an Application Tracking System (ATS)
 Review job profiles with hiring team and post both internally and externally via the ATS
 Post open roles manually onsite
 Establish strong working relationships with site administrators, HR, and hiring managers
 Administration of incoming candidates
 Conduct prescreen interviews with incoming candidates to determine if they meet the job requirements
 Present qualified candidates to the hiring team
 Organize, schedule and manage interview logistics and coordination for both Candidate and Client
 Greet candidates onsite for interviews
 Manage ad placement and ad response management
 Execute the onboarding administration of RPO clients including offer letter generation and assisting candidates with the background check process
 Community outreach to attract candidates to include job fairs, school outreach, local Workforce offices, festivals, etc.
 Other duties and special projects as assigned.
