Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Maintain an organized methodology for completing tasks associated with the successful fulfillment of requisitions and overall management of the RPS/RPO program.
?
? Support onsite operations by processing applicants into and through an Application Tracking System (ATS)
? Administration of incoming candidates including manual entry of resumes received in formats other than email (eg: fax, mail, job fair) into the ATS
? Organizing, schedule and manage interview logistics and coordination for both Candidate and Client
? Manage ad placement and ad response management
? Perform other program administrative duties as needed
? Run monthly Recruiter and Performance Reporting
• Create Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Reports, and all ad hoc client reporting through PowerPoint and other tools as assigned.
• Execute the on boarding administration of RPO clients including offer letter generation, administering background checks, executing new hire paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain an organized methodology for gathering metrics, program SLAs, billing, and Recruiter performance metrics within RPO programs.
• Phone screens and assessments for all Agile•1 recruiters
• Gather EEO data for period end reporting

• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
