Description: As a Data Analyst this individual provides a range of reporting services and predictive analyses to internal and external clients by collecting and interpreting data. There are ample opportunities to be creative and to interact extensively with senior management. The environment is collaborative and team-oriented, yet individual achievement is encouraged and recognized. This person works closely with Account Operations, Strategic Management, Client Software Development, and other departments to define data criteria, create reports, interpret data, and prepare internal and external documents. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaboration with multiple departments and a great opportunity to combine analytical expertise with creativity to produce professional materials for internal and external customers.
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or an equivalent combination of training and experience; minimum of four years of general business experience, with two years of related business experience to position; supervisory experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities: • Defines, collects and interprets data in preparation for analytical reports for account support and assigned projects, including but not limited to standard metrics reports, account reviews and case study reports.
• Provides regularly scheduled metrics and analysis for all projects.
• Presents metrics to account operations and organization leadership as required.
• Creates data queries and customized reports as needed.
• Assists Account Managers in tracking projects to forecast and timelines.
• Designs system reports needed to support and develop data analysis.
• Conducts Quality Review testing on system reports.
• Serves as a technical and problem-resolution expert, manages the resolution of complex reporting issues, and recommends permanent corrective measures.
• Analyzes current automated production reporting content, procedures, workflows, and recommends improvements.
• Assists in maintaining the application database and generates reports as scheduled or requested.
• Conducts training and provides ongoing coaching to Suppliers and End-users as appropriate.
• Leads the reporting maintenance, development, and updating process and communicates to appropriate operational teams.
• Develops and implements manual processing contingency plans as needed.
• Liaises with Account Operations, Strategic management and Information Technology on strategic planning for improving upon and developing new processes, reports and procedures.
