Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining multiple human resource information management systems, with an emphasis on those related to recruiting. In your role you will be responsible for providing advisory services and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on company resources and needs. One of the main responsibilities includes giving technical guidance and direction to leadership, administrative, and technical staff on the operation and maintenance of the human resources data systems.
Requirements/Qualifications: • Work as a key driver/lead in the implementation of HRIS processes. May include participation in RFPs, coordination of integrations, identification of resources needed, creation of implementation and rollout processes.
• Act as System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert maintaining, troubleshooting HRIS, recruitment software, and other human resources computer applications and systems. Function as the primary contact for assigned systems responding to administrative questions and ensures necessary follow up.
• Develop and maintain periodic ad hoc reports of employee record or system records as requested by leadership.
• Prepare, maintain, and update employee and candidate data for the HR information system.
• Identify any application utilization inefficiencies. Recommend process/customer service/user improvements, innovative solutions or policy changes. Develop (when necessary) and implement strategies to address problems including education and training processes.
• Support HRIS initiatives including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws, perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Assist in the development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Assist with training on new processes and functionality.
Responsibilities: • Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned area.
• Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS).
• Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts.
• Skill in performing accurate data entry.
• Skill in both verbal and written communication.
• Skill in problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
