Description: The AgileOne Recruiter serves as the single point-of-contact for Hiring Managers and their staffing needs. This role is responsible for continually meeting and exceeding the established SLAs of both our client and applicants. Recruiters will work directly with the client and AgileOne Operations Management team and staff to develop and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for Hiring Manager satisfaction within our RPO services delivery team.

This role includes client management, project management, identifying, qualifying, and maintaining professional applicants for direct hire through various tools and recruiting resources including: networking events, solicitation of referrals from applicants, candidates, and employees, and building relationships in the local community to establish our client as an Employer of Choice

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

• 3-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, and negotiation)
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management and consultative skills
• In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to manage multiple priorities to deliver assignments on time

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of Windows environments, email, and the internet. Must be proficient in the following computer applications:
MS Windows ● MS Word ● MS Excel ● MS PowerPoint ● MS Outlook ● Google ● Internet Explorer, Yahoo, Live and Metasearch engines ● Boolean search strings ● ATS applications (Taleo, PeopleClick, ICIMS, or other)
Responsibilities: Screen and interview appropriate candidates to determine their candidacy for assigned requisitions
• Utilize and manage databases, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others), networking, and other creative sources as a recruiting tool to proactively target and source candidates
• Effectively plan and execute recruiting cycles to create strong candidate pipelines
• Deliver high quality candidates to hiring managers to fill positions within the defined SLA
• Report on sourcing results/effectiveness, process improvement and lessons learned
• Be an industry expert by developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, deliverables, marketplace, and other customer needs
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by demonstrating effective communication skills, and providing candidates with accurate and complete information
• Work with client to develop relationships, profiles, recruiting strategies, etc.
• Ensure that all candidates are dispositioned in the ATS in a timely manner
• Other duties as required
